Growing the business dream.
Delivering the highest level of education and care needs the support of a passionate team who work hard in the background to push our business forward.
Our ever-expanding portfolio of nurseries rely on the support of our team of creative, like-minded and ambitious people in our Support Office. And with growth comes opportunity. We’re obsessed with developing everyone in our culture that blends the highest levels of professionalism with the most fun. As a growing nursery group, the progression routes are creative and non-conventional. And for those people who are prepared to roll-up their sleeves, get involved and work hard to grow our business, the opportunities are incredible. Your mind, body and soul are important to us and we look after our talented teams with our varied wellbeing programmes, including office pilates, Headspace membership and ClassPass discounts.

The Support Office is a blend of bright minds and high energy. With exposure to the range of roles and depth of experience, your career can go in so many positive directions. We’re always looking for people to thrive in:
You hold yourself and others to the highest standards. You are relentless in the pursuit for excellence and success. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships at all levels. You’ll have a passion for your craft with high levels of attention to detail. You’ll be excited by working with a high growth company and show resilience, commitment and flexibility. You’ll think creatively (and informally) where possible. Most of all, common sense and human consideration is at the forefront of your mind, rather than simply heading straight for formal action.
At N, all salaries are significantly above the market average and are banded against role type and level. Working closely with your manager, together you can plan for growth and development, which will increase your salary.

At N Family Club our vision is to be the highest quality, and most loved, early years education group in the UK. To achieve this we know that our leaders need to be totally focused on delivering our growth ambitions while achieving our Wildly Important Goals and, most importantly, keeping everyone safe. We are really excited that our N Partnership, our share program, enables us to give shares to all our Heads of Departments as motivation and reward for delivering our plan. You are a key part of the N team and as an N Partner you will be part of a group of leaders who can drive, support and inspire each other as we go on our journey.

We’re as keen to develop our people as we are to develop the children we look after. From Apprenticeships to Management and Leadership programmes, we support and care for the futures of everyone who works here. And from your N-duction, to your ongoing development, we’ll work with you to plan for the future and prepare you to be an expert in your field. If you want to build a career with a nursery group that’s building a reputation for excellence, our dedication to positive futures will help you achieve your work dreams.

Our teams are supported personally and developed professionally, giving them all the necessary tools to provide outstanding care for our dreamers, big and small. We care about our N team members as individuals – they work hard and are valued and rewarded for it. From industry leading salaries and a refreshed approach to flexibility for better work life balance, to around the world trips and lifelong learning through the N Academy. Our benefits are there to support every dream at every stage of life.

Culture is the glue that binds us all together. For us, being separated by geography means we work hard to maintain the same standards in everything we do. Wherever we are. Our values connect and guide us in our day to day decisions and we know that the more we live our values in our actions and behaviours, the easier and more enjoyable our jobs become.
Our culture at N is one of inclusion, and the diversity of our team is something we’re proud of. We are committed to continuously improving our environment of mutual respect, by listening to our teams, staying true to our values, supporting each other’s well-being… and having a lot of fun together!
Presenting the very best version of yourself means preparing yourself for an interview in the best way possible. We want to see you at your very best, so please have a read through the following hints and tips. And good luck!
Being on time means that you’ll be more relaxed when you meet us. Which means you can be yourself, rather than the rushed and slightly out of breath version.
Doing your homework on us as a nursery group, the role and the location helps massively. When you’re more prepared, you’re more likely to succeed.
We want to see and feel your passion for education. And we’d love to hear your thoughts on how we help children in a changing world. Whatever your skill is, tell us about it in the most knowledgeable and proud way.
We like people who are good, honest, humble and straightforward people. And we know that the interview situation is often stressful. Please do your homework, but please, please be yourself.
We want to know what you’ve achieved in your career so far. And whatever level you are, whatever experience you have, we want to hear about those moments that make you most proud.
Surprise us with your questions. This is a great opportunity to learn more about us.
We know how daunting it can be to apply for a new job, so we’ve simplified our application process to make it as easy as well, 1,2,3,4.
Whether it’s through our careers site or a job board, you can apply with your CV and an additional letter if you want to. You can find find some basic CV templates here to help you get started: https://jofibo.com/cv-templates
If you are successful, one of our team will arrange a phone call to talk to you about the role and to arrange an interview.
The Hiring Manager will interview you. This can be in-person or online and we promise to give you feedback whether you have been successful or not.
Depending on the role, you may or may not have one or two additional interview stages which could involve a task and meeting our CEO/Managing Director or someone from our Leadership team.

“I was in my previous role for 8 years and have worked in childcare for 22 years. I saw N Family Club as a place to challenge myself and utilise my existing knowledge.”
