The Nursery Manager will interview you. This can be in-person or online and we promise to give you feedback whether you have been successful or not.

While our standard working week is 40 hours, we’re also able to offer team members that work in our nursery rooms, the option of 36 hours over 4 days (4 x 9 hour days). This offers you a whole day every week to pursue other interests, relax, or spend time with your family. If you decide that you’d like to do occasional overtime on top of this, you are able to at your usual hourly rate (just check our overtime policy).
We support part time requests across all roles, and these are payable at exactly the the same hourly rate as if you were working full time.
We’re looking for people who can inspire children and their families with ideas that make big dreams a reality. People with a positive outlook, energetic nature and solutions-focused approach. Assistant Educator roles don’t require qualifications. For all other roles, we’re looking for people with experience with children in an educational setting, combined with Level 2/3 or above EY Qualifications.
At N, all salaries are significantly above the market average and are banded against role type and level. Working closely with your manager, together you can plan for growth and development, which will increase your salary.

Our wonderful lunch covers are responsible for supporting our teams during everyone’s favourite time of day – lunch! Lunch cover contracts are for 14-30 hours per week.
Even though this role is part-time, you will inspire every child to dream big, think creatively, act responsibly and enjoy every moment of their time with us. You will have access to a variety of high quality facilities, tools and resources to bring our N curriculum to life and unlock the potential of every child, as well as the freedom to be creative.
At N, all salaries are significantly above the market average and are banded against role type and level. Working closely with your manager, together you can plan for growth and development, which will increase your salary.

Where it’s possible, we are happy to accommodate job shares across a wide variety of roles in our nurseries and support office, like with our Educator and Room Manager roles.
Depending on your needs and the nursery’s availability, you might be able to work from a few days per week to a few hours per day.

Nursery Bank is for people who dream of more flexibility in their work to fit around their life.
Our Nurseries are open five days a week and our bank of talented people are ready to support as and when required, on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis. Depending on your time and commitments, you can work from just a few hours a day up to 40hrs a week, one day a week or a few days a month. Whatever works to meet your needs.
If you have any experience of working with children, that would be brilliant. But most important is your attitude and desire to learn. You’ll be surrounded by experts in all fields, so your opportunity to work with, learn from and maybe develop into a bigger role in nursery education is there for the taking.
Whether you’re a qualified or unqualified Early Years Practitioner, or Chef, if you have a passion for learning and development, Nursery Bank could be the perfect fit. The dishes we create are a celebration of the rich diversity that the UK offers. As Bank Chef, you’ll support your nursery when additional cover is needed. You’ll be passionate about food and be creative in the dishes you think about and prepare. We’re looking for people who can push boundaries and go beyond to create extraordinary dishes that delight and inspire everyone around you.
We’re looking for a Chef who understands the idea of food being fun and who promotes healthy and nutritious eating as an important part of learning. You’ll respect all dietary requirements and your previous experience of working in a commercial or nursery kitchen will help you develop a happy following and a bright future. You’ll balance all the skills of being a diligent and progressive Chef with the people skills needed to engage with the wider team, the children and their families.
