N Family Club is UK Great Place to Work certified
We’re over the moon to announce that N has been recognised as a UK Great Place to Work for 2024. Joining global, multinational and household brands, the certification recognises companies which provide outstanding team experience across a range of sectors.
To get certified, team members across N completed a survey comprising sixty statements which analysed credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within an organisation. Across nurseries and our central Support Office, 87% of team members, including flexible team members, shared their feedback on working at N.
Lou, our Head of People, said “We are incredibly proud to have both exceeded our target participation rate in this year’s Happiness Survey, and met the criteria to be a UK Great Place to Work. Over 1,000 of our team members took part in the survey, providing valuable insights into their experiences. With such an impressive level of participation, we are delighted to have achieved an overall average score of 76%. This strong result reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.”
Mark, our COO, commented “We are especially proud that our highest scoring statements relate to inclusion, with over 90% of our team members expressing that they feel safe, respected, and able to be their true selves at work. For us, fostering an environment where people can thrive both personally and professionally has always been a top priority.”
