About Our Nursery Operations Team
Front of House Managers, Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Housekeepers play a crucial role at N Family Club by delivering the highest standards in everything they do. Whether it’s meeting and greeting, delivering the finest food or taking pride in the cleaning, our Nursery Operations team go the extra mile for every child. Front of House
Supporting the Management team, our Front of House Managers are the first point of contact for parents and their children. Warm, efficient and always professional, you’ll be responsible for managing the nursery’s kitchen and cleaning teams, as well as all of the nursery's budgeting, rotas and procurement. You will have a passion for operations, and won’t be fazed by a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Chef
As a qualified Chef, you’ll bring your rich knowledge of diverse foods to life. And your passion for preparing exciting and healthy nutritious meals will be at the heart of the daily dishes you prepare. We pride ourselves on the highest standards of taste in everything we do. And food is a vital part of every child’s learning journey.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for Chefs with an obsession with nutrition. You’ll be creative in your thinking, meticulous in your preparation and, like everyone here, satisfied with great results.

Kitchen Assistant
Supporting the Chef in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens, you’ll be delivering diverse dishes to hungry mouths. Feeding the next generation with an education in flavour. Working alongside the Chef, you will create dishes that are healthy, nutritious and dishes that demonstrate our creativity at its best.
Who we’re looking for
We need people with an appetite for learning and a hunger for experimentation. You’ll be aware of allergies and different needs of children from diverse backgrounds. You’ll be passionate, energetic, inspirational and empathetic.

Housekeeper
Housekeepers work alongside our nursery teams to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for our people to work in and every child and parent to enjoy being in. You’ll be interacting with children and occasionally, you may be asked to support our Educators in the room.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for positive people with bags of drive and a ‘make it happen’ attitude. You’ll have previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role. You’ll know how to use cleaning products in the safest way and you’ll be naturally passionate and caring. And you’ll bring high energy and a love for customer service to everything you do.
